Topic: Gary Charneia of Kyoto Bonsai will talk about the history and development of the art of bonsai. What is bonsai, the secret of keeping trees dwarfed, what materials are suitable. The ideas behind zen and the spirit of balance. Mr Charneia will bring a selection of starter plants as well as some finished bonsai, for members who may wish to purchase.
