Speaker: Joe Pawlak, from Blackwater Creek Fish Farms. Joe is the President of Blackwater Creek, and co-author of the Longfin standard that will be issued in January by the AKCA.

Menu: Creamy romaine Caesar salad, lasagna, Italian sausage with peppers and onions, fettuccini alfredo, mostaccioli, meat sauce and marinara sauce, garlic bread, and for dessert Tiramisu with coffee, tea, and sodas.
