Rodger Foreman & Linda Hensley Our pond was built in July 1998
and replaced an above-ground swimming pool. It is comprised of over
13 tons of holey boulders and river rock, and extends over a 24' x 24'
area. The resulting landscape and elevation lends itself to a natural-looking
setting. The pond begins with a small double waterfall leading to
a stream that cascades into the main pond. Several types of aquatic
plants flourish in the bog area, and the pond is home to approximately
20 koi/goldfish. We have enjoyed planting the majority of the surrounding
annuals, perennials, shrubs, etc. It's a pleasure to relax on our
deck listening to the sounds of the water, feeding the fish and simply
enjoying our personal little oasis.
